Return & Refund Policy

At Cloud Scents, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide premium-quality luxury-inspired body splashes for everyday use. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns Policy

Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of fragrance and body splash products, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested products.

However, returns/replacements may be eligible under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • An item is missing from your order

To be eligible, issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.

2. How to Request a Return/Replacement

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share:

  • Your Order ID
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/missing claims)
  • Clear photos of:
    • Product received
    • Packaging condition
    • Shipping label (if applicable)

Claims raised without sufficient proof may not be eligible for approval.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The product is out of stock after payment
  • A replacement cannot be arranged
  • Your order was cancelled by Cloud Scents
  • You received a wrong/damaged product and return verification is approved

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Fragrance preference issues (e.g., “I did not like the scent”)
  • Minor packaging variations
  • Minor Changes in the Bottle Type, Design and Shape
  • Orders delayed due to courier/logistics reasons
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • Refused COD orders

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • COD Orders: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer/UPI after verification.

Refund timelines may vary depending on banking partners.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • Cloud Scents reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used body splashes
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (optional — keep if you want)
